How will my order be shipped?
We ship all YuJet Surfboards to the USA via LTL Freight ; accessories might ship via Fedex or UPS.
Why is my order still not shipped?
Usually this means your payment has not gone through, or the item is simply out of stock. Please check your order status page or email us for more info.
I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
Please call us or email us right away so we can track down the mistake.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Please call us or email us right away so we can get you set up with an exchange.
PRODUCT & ORDERING QUESTIONS
Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?
We are constantly working to fill all orders, but from time to time there might be a product on backorder. It would clearly state so at the time of ordering.
Can I finance my YuJet Board?
Yes, we offer Affirm Financing in the checkout page.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also offer order financing through Affirm. Paypal as well.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Returns/refunds of unopened, unused YuJet's are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Open or used equipment is not eligible for return. All shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Please contact us for further details.
When can I expect my refund?
Within a few business days of receiving back your approved return, the refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment.
